I am supposed to be eating 40 p.p and I'm always full and I don't like the feeling of feeling full constantly, I like feeling satisfied. They're are times when It'll be dinner time & I have 20 points left and my dinner is going to only be like 7-10p.p. I'm always hearing how you HAVE to eat all your points so thats why it concerns me.
Has anyone ever ate 5-10p.p lower then their "target"? And did if effect your weight loss?? I don't wanna mess anything up.
