Hey everyone, this is my first post...
I am a fairly healthy person. I've done several 10km races and a half marathon, and am eventually looking at a full marathon. I do yoga weekly, and love be active outdoors when I'm not busy with school.
I love vegetables and fruit, and am a vegetarian (don't have a lot of dairy either, but I make sure I get my daily protein). I rarely drink alcohol, specialty coffee, or sugary beverages, and pretty much never eat chips or pre-packaged foods. I manage stress well and tend to get good night's sleep, especially for a student. I rarely get sick, and don't notice any other major symptoms of poor health.
Yet I am overweight (right between overweight and obese BMI). I can't seem to lose more than 5lbs without regaining it the following week! All the weight-loss advice I get tends to be for people who are inactive and eat junk foods. Any tips for fat loss for someone who is otherwise quite healthy?
Thanks!
