
Welcome to all who'd like to join for this almost 3-month long challenge. Summer and shorts season is right around the corner. Let's work together to inspire and encourage one another to lose some weight and get in shape so that we can celebrate this holiday looking a feeling healthier.

You can sign up now by just introducing yourself (I'm Sandy) and letting us know what your current weight is and what you hope to lose by July 4th. But the official challenge will begin on April 9th (the day after Easter). We've had so many people join for the Easter challenge, so it would be great to see them continue on here and to have more people join in as well.

So, don't forget so post here the day after you raid your kid's Easter basket and get started on getting off that chocolate weight and then some for this challenge.

. But I do have a goal...to run a 5K before 7/4 and to be in a good size 12 and able to at least zip up a 10. Sounds weird, I know....
