Question want to get back on track & stay there

These last 2 days have been good. The best 2 since I fell off the IP wagon in January. Checking in here helps. Working out 5 day a week has been the easy part, helps that my friend is expecting me to be there. She's a whopping 105#s. Those of you that have an exercise routine, do you take an extra pack or eat foods with high protein? I do 45 min cardio for 3 days and weight lifting for 90 min for 2 days. Thinking I should take in extra protein. What do you think?

I definitely think some extra protein helps to give you some quality fuel for the workout, and keeps you full longer. Good luck with your goals, sounds like you are doing good!
