want to get back on track & stay there
These last 2 days have been good. The best 2 since I fell off the IP wagon in January. Checking in here helps. Working out 5 day a week has been the easy part, helps that my friend is expecting me to be there. She's a whopping 105#s. Those of you that have an exercise routine, do you take an extra pack or eat foods with high protein? I do 45 min cardio for 3 days and weight lifting for 90 min for 2 days. Thinking I should take in extra protein. What do you think?
