We're not machines - expect variable outputs on the scale based on the inputs of your body. Exercise, hormones, certain foods, weather, these all can affect your weight on a given day. But your overall fat and lean mass? Not so much. Just watch the trend line - if it is generally downward, the spikes are your body working just like it should given that you are an organic creature
Seriously, spikes, even big ones, are perfectly normal. You don't have to embrace them, but it would behoove you to ignore them and not stress about them.
