And it was very surprising that i after 60 mins of interval cardio on treadmill my weight is -3lbs, i did it several time i did cardio and each time its usually -3lbs.I was wondering where the lbs would go? I know it cant be 3 lbs of sweat lol any ideas?

Why can't it be 3lbs of sweat? Are you drinking water while working out?

Weird. I always show a gain right after exercising. I guess I do really guzzle the water though...so, I guess it would make sense.

I was 147 this am...after a very vigorous 80 minute walk I was 145...yup, it is sweat. And now after very fullfilling (early) dinner, I am 149....yup all undigested food.

Bottoms up, you need to replace the water you lost....plus water helps to "flush" out fat.

That's what the water weight drop overnight is too - sweat and pee. We really do excrete water ALL THE TIME.
