Post don't touch the soup

So I go out to lunch with my no1 daughter and the only thing that is low carb is soup - I have it and then realise that it has sugar in it (I can taste it). Feeling pretty dumb about that as I am doing so well on my no carb diet - sort of dukan/atkins mix. Although I am not clear where I am with cheese or pork!!!
So I hope that I will be able to recover from the soup and get a weight loss.
would love some tips on low/no carb eating as I am getting a little bored with chicken, cottage cheese and eggs

3FC has a very active Atkins group! Check in the Diets listing. Most of the group have a favorite recipes sticky up top. Atkins is under the Diet Central heading, Carb Counters.
