Hello all,
I have been dieting for most of my life and I need some help staying motivated and on track. I lost 8 lbs in 3 weeks then went on vacation and fell back into my old ways. I will be getting married in late spring and would like to not be a fat bride! Any words of encouragement and wisdom would be appreciated greatly. Thank you.
I set a daily calorie limit and whenever I go to eat something I always think "Is this really worth that amount of calories"... It usually helps me put it down when I realize that the cupcake is as much as my whole lunch.
