Yes! My husband helped me, by putting a timer on the string of tiny white lights that I have in our bedroom window sheer drape..having those click on at about 5:15 a.m. really helps, that the room is not pitch black anymore.
He also put a timer on a small lamp in the bathroom. Having that light come on also helps banish the darkness.
ALSO i set my auto coffeemaker. When I smell the fragrance of coffee wafting upstairs, I want to go and get a cup when it's nice and fresh, I don't like it when it's sitting for more than 30 minutes
