I just checked our BMI's and I am no longer "MORBIDLY OBESE" I'm just "OBESE"!!!
Who would have thought I would be so happy to be obese?
Also, my son is no longer in the "Overweight" category, he has moved down 4% into the "at risk of becoming overweight" category!
And finally, my dear hubby gave us a little fashion show yesterday...
He is on his way to a whole new wardrobe. He can literally stand there in his old shorts/pants and they fall off of him. He has gone from a 40 waist (with the stretchy waist extender) to needing a 36!
I cannot say enough good things about South Beach. I feel like I want to scream it from the rooftops!
