Hi everyone!
ughh where to start...i'm 20 (i'll be 21 next month woo) i've struggled with my weight most of my life. i'm am currently 168lbs and desperately trying to change that. I just don't even know where to start because i have absolutely no self-control when it comes to food, i'll eat for no reason at all. I've started calorie counting and only drink water this past week, if anyone has any other advice pleaseeeeee feel free to say so :]


I know the start of this journey is the hardest, but once you start giving up bad habits it will be so worth is trust me!
