You aren't eating enough. Try 1500-1700 of clean foods, mostly whole and unprocessed, and see how that goes for you.

Yeah, that's the advice I would give anyone else. Scary! But worth a try for sure.

Try adding some healthy fat to your diet. If you're already low carb your body is probably having trouble finding stuff to burn and is holding on to your fat for dear life!

Punch in your new stats now that you are working out more often to see where you need to be to keep fueling the exercise to be able to burn more off.

Can't expect to run the fire without some wood even if the goal is to burn a whole lot else.

Yeah, that puts me at 1,680 for fat loss. Very interesting. I've raised my MyPlate number to 1,600 for a couple of weeks, I'll see how that goes. Thank you!

I went back and read a few of your past posts and see that there were several days over the last few months where you seemed to over indulged...namely Thsnksgiving, Christmas, and a superbowl party. I know that for me personally, just one day can undo a lot of work and on a few occasions take up to 2 weeks to overcome. Maybe this stall is not because of too few calories, but because you are not sticking to your calorie level consistently. Anyway just a though...

Oh, and phentermine was a horrible drug for me. I took it around 6 years ago, and not only did it end up making me totally crazy after awhile, it made me fail a drug test for life insurance...just sayin.

Lori, I am going to send you a private message. But I will say, I'm Jewish and I surely didn't eat anything unusual at Christmas. Let us agree to disagree on my habits, OK?

Jessless, I'm sorry I misquoted you and insinuated that you were a Christian. Your word was HoliDAYS, my bad.

I guess i misunderstood your op, I though you were asking opinions on your caloric intake.

I would try eating more..

I tend to net between 1300-1400 every day. I usually end up consuming 1600-1700 and exercising 300-400.

Does it matter if the scale isn't moving so long as you are losing inches?

What you said here is soooo true for me!!!! I've been stalled since end of December! I just don't know why I'm not on top form these days. Will have to get my mind right!
