Hey everybody

I am new here...i have been looking around on random forums and i think this is such an awesome site!

I am 19 years old...i was currently diagnosed with diabetes

so i want to lose some weight...i had always tried to lose some but would always give up after a few days

so angry at myself, but i am determined and i know i can lose weight and keep it off

do any of u have a low carb meal plan? i would love to know..can ya'll please let me know ur daily routine

pleease..i would so much appreciate it..i have lost 20 pounds so far (i was around 248

) which helps me feel more determined...Thanks everybody!!
