So, after MANY diet attempts, I've finally decided to stick to something that might not make me lose a lot of weight fast but will lose it a healthy way and a way that I shouldn't gain again if I stick to the plan.
I was about to buy a book on clean eating but then I stumbled on a website where it says everything that I need to know for starting this journey:

I'm going to the grocery store tonight and will only buy foods that doesn't come in a can. Fresh fruits & vegetables, lean meats, whole grains and all that yummy stuff. I'm also going to buy some nuts to munch on for when I'm at work. I'm going to use my cheat day as Saturdays but won't cheat if I don't need to. I'm also going to incorporate exercise. If anyone is looking for a fresh start or have followed this type of lifestyle, post below
