Question Hello New And Looking For Help And Support

Started Ideal Protein Thursday I was SUPER PSYCHED but freaking out a bit on day 3 and feel overwhelmed... Am I doing this right!! My "coach" is great as far as texting or calling right back but I am hoping to find some friends/sisterhood just starting as well as some PROS to help me in this journey.
I feel like I am incredibly bloated... is this normal? If so how long does it last? If not what am I doing wrong?
I stood on the scale this morning and it showed zero loss am I expecting results too soon? Fretting that since I am actually eating "more and more often" then I used to I am gaining -not sure if this bloat is the increased water and veggie intake.
PS.. I also have lupus and am on several medications - any others out there with auto-immune issues and or on medications doing IP

bedheadred, welcome, glad to have you join us. I suggest you look for a Challenge or Support group to join; small check-in groups make it easier to connect, get involved, and be accountable. We have groups centering around specific diets, themes, or age groups, find one that inspires you and just post to join! Be sure to check out the IP and Dieting with Obstacles sub forums
