I'm Kim and I am 33 years old. I weight 355 and I want to lose weight. I really don't have many people I can chat with about this. I will begin going to the gym on Saturday. I would like to lose 150 pounds...my goal is to lose at least 5-10 pounds by the end of February. I hope I can do this. Wish me luck.
Thank you so much. I am starting it on Sat. I tried before Christmas an fell off the wagon. I have a better half who wants me to do this...but I have to want it for myself. Thanks for the welcome.
Kirbee, welcome, glad to have you join us. I suggest you look for a Challenge or Support group to join; small check-in groups make it easier to connect, get involved, and be accountable. We have groups centering around specific diets, themes, or age groups, find one that inspires you and just post to join!
