New Year Newbie

  • Hi All! I'm joining (like a million others!) trying to lose weight this new year. I've never really had a weight problem before, but when I stopped nursing my youngest it just piled on...okay, maybe drinking Dr. Pepper and eating chocolate everyday had a little something to do with it! My biggest problem is that I have always hated to excersise, but whether I like it or not it's got to happen. 35 pounds seem like an awful lot, but I"m on my way!
