reos).... And don't get me started on meal times... I have somehow put it in my head that carbs are ok, as long as they are whole grains... which is true.. in moderation. Key work there: MODERATION.. dinner can not consist of a bowl of whole wheat pasta anymore... I was thinking of joining a challenge, but it is November 15th, and I do not want to wait until December 1st, so I was thinking of starting one. Anyone interested in trying to loose 10 lb by December 15th? We will have to make it through thanksgiving... but I believe in us. What do you say? Anyone in??
