Hello!!

  • Hi everyone!!! My name is Tiffany and I'm trying this diet thing for what feels like the billionth time. I've been feeling like I need to try something new this time around to improve my chances of sticking to my plans and then I happened upon this site like an hour ago and I'm really excited about it! My goal is to lose 120 pounds, which would mean that for the first time in my life I'd be at a healthy weight. I'm so happy to have found a place with so many people fighting against the same things as I am and succeeding. It's giving me a lot of hope that I can do this too!

    I'm new also, but it's all about making changes you can live with and just deciding everyday that you're going to do your best. Make sure you're motivating yourself and telling yourself everyday that "You're amazing, you're beautiful, and you deserve to be healthy.

    Try not to look at the big number, break it down into mini goals. This will help you to stay motivated and feeling good about yourself.

  • Thanks for the encouragement ladies!! I've actually set some smaller goals for myself to keep from getting discouraged so hopefully that'll help this time around.

  • I too and just starting my journey to losing over 100 lbs! More than you, actually, 150lbs! It'll be an interesting ride for us but imagine how the finish line will look! We can do it!
