    This might be a stupid question but I have no idea what NSV stands for? I assume it has something to do with not pound related - like a new clothing size? Sorry...I'm new

    Non-Scale Victory It can be anything from going down a clothing size to having someone not recognize you!

    I had an NSV today!! FINALLY fitting back into 16's. And not just Old Navy ones either (my go to as they run big) these were Calvin Klein!! Woot!
