There are exactly 9 weeks from tomorrow until Thanksgiving and it seems like the perfect time to lose as much as possible before the holiday season. Does anyone want to join me? I really need the accountability!
I would really like to get back into the 150's by Thanksgiving. My goal is to lose 13.5 lbs (1.5 lb/week), putting me at 159.5.
