
Yet, my main goal here is not only sharing my personal experience in regards to weight loss, diets, fitness and so on, but rather get to know other people's experiences.
For everyone who's been overweight, had a few extra pounds, or a few too many, at some point, no matter where we live, what our age, gender, ethinicity and so on is... At some point, we have lived similar situations, some positive, others not so positive, some life changing, some that still make us laugh, and hey.. maybe even a few tear jerkers! For at least one second in our life, all of us here have had the same thoughts go through our minds, felt the same emotions and hoped for the same thing.
Step #1 : We're already here. And that's more than a great start. The other steps.. I'm looking forward to learn from you, and share mine with you!
