Default Time to get ready...

I had a terrible week/weekend.
I hurt my foot pretty bad one night doing an exercise video(Glad I can put that here, everyone else I tell laughs)
That in turn made me lose a little hope... But I'm healed and ready! Tommorrow, after work I have to step it back up!!!
How do I get out of these slumps....

I want to scream!!!!

((((Hugs)))) They won't be laughing when you are looking hot and they are not! You go girl! last week I hurt my hip while running. I'm no runner, I was just out for a walk/jog (wog) with my dog. Ouch, walking hurt. Today was my first day back at it--so far so good. We can do this.
