Default Wee hours binging?

I find myself binging from 4AM ish - 7 AM (I can barely sleep when I'm thinking about how much I want to binge), then I feel all tired from my eating, so I fall asleep till 10 AM and I wake up all uncomfortable because I'm sure its not good for my digestion!

I have major issues with late night binging--like 10pm-midnight--when Im watching tv. Still trying to find a way to overcome it! Luckily, theyve all been somewhat small--300-500calories--but I call them binges bc Im NOT hungry, Im just eating for whatever mental reasons, and it feels really uncontrolled.

I know how you feel! My binges ALWAYS start late at night. Usually I don't do too much damage but then I hardly sleep, wake up early mindless, and want to binge for real as in devote a whole day to enjoying all the awful foods I deprive myself of. I am stuck in such a terrible binge/restrict cycle right now and it's caused me to maintain my weight for quite some time now.

I used to do the same thing. My solution was going to sleep earlier. For me, if I went to sleep before the urges set in (which for me, meant being asleep between 9 and 9:30), I was able to make it to the morning.

I'm exactly the same way. My problem was that I wasn't eating enough, or the right foods during the day. So this week I'm attempting 3 small meals, and 3 snacks spaced throughout the day. So Breakfast, morning snack, lunch, afternoon snack, dinner, evening snack. I have a jacket potato for dinner with whatever else i'm having then chopped carrots or cucumber (something crunchy with low fat mayo as the evening snack. I've also lowered the amount of carbs I eat and upped the protein as it helps you feel fuller for longer.

I also worked out I eat through boredom so I do everything I can to keep busy in the evenings, I do my workouts, write, spring clean, pamper myself, read a book, chat to friends and I scour magazines looking at clothes I want to be able to wear and who I'd most like to look like (Kim Kardashian, Jennifer Lopez, Salma Hayek etc) So far I haven't binged once.

Oh my gosh, I just started doing the same thing! I never did this before, but recently when I get up to use the bathroom at like 3AM, I'll binge. And sometimes I'm so groggy that I won't even remember it until like a day later.

I don't know what to do about this one. I mean, how do I stop something that I don't remember until it's too late?

But if you get hungrier early, maybe eat your biggest meal in the morning and then eat less as the day goes on. My mom does that and it works for her. I get hungriest in the evening, so I eat my biggest meal then.
