Just thought I would post a way I found to get a cheap arm exercise cycle . If you have an old Nordic Track ski machine (great on its own merit, by the way - I found one for just $25 - sometimes they are given away!), just set it up as usual, then place a chair over the ski area. Sit down and use the arm exercise pulleys only. Great arm workout!
