For a while I've been enjoying living on the boundary between overweight and obese. At first I dismissed it thinking I didn't look fat in a "bad way", mostly because at the time I was closer to being at an average weight than obese. I just had a bit of a stomach and some curves, which I was happy with. That was true for a while, but I kept dismissing it and recently I've been eating worse than usual in addition to my non existent exercise. Of course that brought me to the point of obesity. According to the BMI calculators, anyways.
I'm currently in the 180's and hope to bring my weight down to about 130-140, especially since I haven't been under 150 for a while.

I know I can lose about 10lbs with a loose diet and exercise plan (about the equivalence of banning take out/fast food and heavily restricting high calorie treats such as cake in addition to a daily walk) because I've accomplished hitting the low 170's before. (Which sort of proves those 10 pounds are mostly an overeating issue.) Going down to the 160's is so far a challenge for me due to laziness, a lack of motivation, and an addiction to flavour.
I know I should honestly have no problem reaching my goal as it's only 40lbs but it's just hard to motivate myself to make those sacrifices. I hope to find some through joining here.
