creamy Lemon-Pepper coleslaw

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise ( i used light)
    1 tsp lemon pepper seasoning
    1/2 tsp. dried, thyme crushed
    5 cups shredded cabbage
    1/4 cup unshelled sunflower seeds

    1. In a large salad bowl combine mayonnaise, lemon pepper seasoning, and thyme. Stir in shredded cabbage and flower seeds. Toss lightly to coat. Cover and chill for 2 to 24 hours. I ate this with baked tilapia and it was delicious
