Hi, I can't believe I am doing this. I would have never in a million years thought I would be posting in a diet forum. But after gaining over 100 lbs over the last 15 years.
I just ordered 4 weeks of Medifast and I am jumping in with both feet.

I too didn't quite believe it when I searched out and joined a diet forum (namely, this one), but I am ever so glad I did.

I don't know if you say, but there's a Medifast thread on here that you may want to check out.
