Do any of you find your tailbone hurting a lot? It happens to me even if I'm not doing hard physical work. If I lay down on my back on the floor for example, I can't get up most times. There's this strange, painful feeling in my tailbone/hips that prevents me from getting up. Or bending down, sometimes. Even standing hurts. It's not excrutiating, but it's enough to be a bother, and today while doing yardwork I did feel myself tearing up once or twice.
Another thing I notice is my pelvis/hips/tailbone/something in that region click and pop. A lot. If I try to do side leg raises, sit ups, etc. I find myself... feeling as though I'm always arching my back back when standing, as though I'm stacking all my upper body weight on my lower back. I don't know if it's because of the pain to begin with, or habit, or something else. Does that make sense? Shoulders out and back kind of?
Anyone know what this is or why it's happening?? Maybe me just carrying too much weight on a body my frame? I have an apt with my doctor soon, so I think I'll ask her, but I was just wondering if anyone else had this problem.
Sorry for two posts in just a few minutes, but I wanted to ask both today before I forgot.
