Default I have no idea what's going on

I just have about 10 more pounds to go, not exactly sure how much need to weigh myself in the morning. Anyway I have been up to 190 and down to 125 and right now I have been stuck around 136 for THREE MONTHS.

I lost most of the weight on calorie counting then when I got stuck I did low carb for about 20 pounds but I can't live without strawberries so I am going back to counting I think.

I'm 42, used to be a professional dancer so I am VERY unhappy with my body since I turned 30. I like blue, and goats, and I don't know what else to say.

Oh, do those body monitoring things you wear work? I need drastic measures!

How tall are you? Are you tracking your food? Tracking your exercise?

I'm a WW. Strawberries are free on WW. I don't think they are carbs. At least not bad ones.

Way to many variables for a good response.

Could you post a few days of what you eat? Plus height, etc. That would help us help you. Hugs!

I eat low-carb and have strawberries almost every day. I just don't eat very many.

I am 5'2"ish. I am not carb counting anymore so I am eatting yogurt a lot, Special K with almond milk once a day (It's a weakness of mine), and it varies what eat for dinner. Yesterday it was chicken breast with some veggies. I usually have fruit for snacks. I have been sticking to about 1200 calories a day for the last week with no results yet, sadly. I do some exercise 3-4 times a week for about 45 mins. every other day. It's just lifting weights fast so it's a little aerobic but not much. My apartment is tiny, I am way too shy to go to a gym and doing anything outside is impossible because of allergies/asthma.

My best advice to you is to add in some cardio to get your heartrate up for 30 minutes three times a week. Can you rent a workout video? Your food intake sounds right. Sorry you are struggeling to lose the last of your weight.

Wow you have come so far! Those last few pounds are a drag. Back when I was 136lbs (i'm 5'4 and 184lbs currently) but I actually went to a summer camp that focused on losing weight and I got down to 127 in 4 weeks. I ate between 1500-1600 calories a day and pretty much exercised all day every day. Every morning we did cardio for 1-2 hours and then did various acticities throughout the day like soccer, basketball, swimming, jogging, etc. It was intense but it really toned me up. Of course I was only 15 years old and didn't have anything better to do that Summer. It's much harder for adults to find the time for such intense workouts. But I agree with the workout dvd idea. I have the jillian michaels 30 day shred and really like it. We also have p90x but it is way hard! lol It is for you if your pretty fit already and want to tone up. It may actually be a good idea for you to try. Good luck to you!
