Default Pants-kicking needed!

I've been on this diet for a while now, and I've been doing well on it. The weight is coming off pretty steadily. I really want to see 160, which will be thinner than I've been in years...but I think I'm hitting some sort of mental block. Maybe it's boredom? Maybe it's fear of becoming thin, which I've never been before? I'm not sure.

So please help me get motivated and enthusiastic about losing weight again! I need help! A kick in the pants, or a motivational message, or even quotes you've found that you like are all very much needed. I've done so well, I'm scared to backtrack.

I do that I sabotage myself when I hit 150 I binged and went back up to 153 lol. Sometimes you need a break to realize why you are doing this. Maybe continue to maintain until you get back that motivation? Try putting pictures up of your heaviest self on your fridge everytime you want to go eat look at it, that would turn me off completely I know that for sure. If you're bored go out and do something to keep yourself busy. I have two jobs so i'm constantly working and when I'm not working I'm getting as much sleep in as I can possible. Find a hobby, do something else then sit around thinking about food. You can do this!

make a list of all the reasons you wanted to lose weight in the first place. remind yourself of why you want to get there

ITA with this...on soooo many levels, I was bored being 260 lbs last year, so I'll take being bored at 237 lbs any day (lol), I feel you though, I was sabotaging myself for a good week or so there and I had to step back and go, "WTF??!?! Why am I doing this? Do I want to be fat forever?" so now I'm back on the ball and I'm ready to make it happen.

And bitetoobreakskin, I took your advice and wrote it down. I even made a page about it on my blog so that I would remember. =)
