I've been on this diet for a while now, and I've been doing well on it. The weight is coming off pretty steadily. I really want to see 160, which will be thinner than I've been in years...but I think I'm hitting some sort of mental block. Maybe it's boredom? Maybe it's fear of becoming thin, which I've never been before? I'm not sure.
So please help me get motivated and enthusiastic about losing weight again! I need help! A kick in the pants, or a motivational message, or even quotes you've found that you like are all very much needed. I've done so well, I'm scared to backtrack.
