Hi my name is joanna I'm 24 years old. tell u a lil about me I have always been a fat girl never been skinny. I feel like its my time now. I have a lil boy I had some problems. I'm think I'm better now. But I want to be the best I can be for me and him I did something Really big last month I gave up soda I was drinking like one 2 liter a day. Now i'm down to none a day. But now I drink propel water is it good for me. I dont know how to diet I dont know how to lose weight i have no self control but I keep telling myself If I Joanna gave up soda I can do this. I think I eat out of boredom. I weight 240 and just want to get out of the 200s thats my goal right now.I want to be able to go to a store and get wat I want and they have my size. I just need help and support. can anyone give me advice.
I'm new as well (started last month). There are lots of diet plans out there, so just start reading through all the postings (they'll give you an overview) and then pick one that you think you can live with. Giving up soda is a good start. Currently I'm just going with the "no white flour/no white sugar" approach - so now I"m eating tons more fruits and veggies. This works for me.
