I still have 23lb left to lose, but take a look at my thighs. Think they'll get any better? I actually LIKE my legs, but my thighs are...ugh. Not so bad when I'm standing in my skivvies, or walking, but if I try to run, or even open my stance and wiggle my legs........it's not pretty.

Any advice? I dry brush every day (people say it's supposed to help- don't know if I believe it but it makes my skin soft, so I do it anyway), drink lots of water, use cocoa butter a lot. I know I won't ever have nice thighs, but I hope I can take a bit of that off in the future.
Is there an easier way to do lunges? I cannot get back up after I do them
I'm trying, though, and I'm doing squats and a few other exercises I hear are good for them, along with my regular work out and cc. I realize that is an unnatural position and hardly anyone will ever see me in it, but just knowing my thighs look like that gets me down.
You can help it along by doing lower body weight lifting (heavy...you will want to GAIN muscle there). That will reshape your thighs and will help tighten the skin up!
