I have enjoyed my membership at Curves, and it worked for me. The workouts increased my energy level and my flexibility. It certainly was a help to me on my personal weight-loss journey.
You get as much out of Curves as you put into it - that is, work the machines as hard as you are able to work them. Some members just go for the social aspect of Curves, and that is OK for them. But for a value workout, you have to work the machines.
You will find all age levels, all sizes, and all fitness levels at any Curves. The staff is helpful and friendly. The atmosphere at Curves is great!!!
I suggest you try the free week, and see what you think. Inquire about the hours at your local Curves. FYI, most Curves are closed on Sundays. And each Curves sets their own price, so you just have to ask about that, too.
