My name is Aphre, I'm from Wales, UK, and I'm a 21 year old vegan Psychology student. I have been overweight, pretty much, for as long as I can remember. I've spent many years avoiding dealing with my weight, but now I'm proud to say that I'm ready to focus on becoming healthy and looking after myself for a while. I've got a long way to go and a big weight loss target but my sister, Introvertebrate, is my weight loss partner, and I'm excited to start this journey!
