Default March - What was your exercise today?!?!

Today I burned a little over 1300 calories at the gym, I was there for almost 2 hours. I ran for an hour, used the Arc Trainer for 20 minutes, and the Eliptical for 10 minutes. Heading back to the gym for Zumba at 6:30 and I usually burn 800-900 calories in that 60 minutes.

I weigh in tomorrow so today is my last chance workout!!! LOL!

Holy crap that's a lot of exercise. My day has been crazy from start to finish. I am heading out in 10 minutes to pick Benny up from daycare and then I will change and get to the gym.
I missed my Zumba class because my doc appt ran over. Sad face.

I wish I had enough time to do all that in one day! I did the Cardio X dvd from P90X, and will run on my treadmill at home tonight after work for 45 minutes

I did 35 minutes on the climber and then my Couch to 5K (week 3). I should have done it in the reverse order.

If I can make it tomorrow I think I'm going to try a step class (I may or may not have to work and if I do I won't be able to go). Never done step before (except on the wii lol) but my favorite instructor is teaching and she has great energy so it should be a fun class.

Sheen's Tiger Blood kept me going strong all day! LOL!

I figured I'd get a 'Last Chance Workout' in today in hopes that I'd see a loss on the scale tomorrow. Looks like that's not going to happen but the good news is, tomorrow is the start of a new week.

I ended up going back to the gym for Zumba and had a total of a little over 2100 calories burned for the day!

Holy cow, Kimberly, that is a lot of exercise! It makes me tired just reading it. Could you have ever imagined you'd have the stamina for that 100+ pounds ago?

And seagirl! This is probably a dumb question, but does that pose require assistance to get into?

I went outside after work for a run on the paved path around a lake near me. It's so refreshing to run outside in the evenings and have it still be light out and warm. I'd better enjoy it while it lasts because pretty soon it'll be heat and humidity like crazy.

Today was 45 minutes on the elliptical, would have gone for 60 but dumb battery kept crapping out on me and resetting my workout. Played around in the pool for a bit to "cool" off then did about 30 minutes of yardwork (weedwhacking) and sweeping grass. Meh.

ETA: Seagirl, finally checked out the link you posted. HOLY COW! lol

Today, I did 90 minutes on the elliptical and 15 minutes on the exercise bike. I was aiming for two full hours total, but my right foot was starting to hurt and I just wanted to get home and take my sneaker off

1 hour walk on a hilly course, and an afternoon of gardening--wow are my shoulders sore!

Meeting with my trainer in the morning. He always has me sweating buckets!

Nothing yesterday (except a few down dogs before bed to stretch my legs), but heading back to yoga tonight. 1.5 hours of hard work!

Yesterday I did the arc trainer for 45 minutes. Never did go back for step class. Going to spin this morning!

Edited to update: spinning class for 45 minutes. A lot of climbing, out of the saddle time. Then I was somehow talked into a 'Chisel' class afterwards. Holy crap that was hard! I had sweat rolling down my face like a man. That was an hour.

My heart rate monitor is supposed to come in the mail today. I only wish I had it this morning so I knew how many calories I burned. That was a lot of work!
