Default question about the app

So i joined this morning, and i remembered what i had for breakfast (as i was calorie counting anyway) so i started today (to avoid a last horah and eat some really terrible stuff)... but the lady told me (while explaining the program) that i need to eat about 35g of fiber a day.. and i was wondering if on the app (ipod/iphone) is there was a chart or anywhere where i could see how much fiber i'd had today, already? i cant seem to find it and i thought maybe someone else might have found it, and could tell me.

Thanks

No, unfortunately the WW app and the website only track points. You can click on a food and click the nutrition information link to see how much fiber is in each food, but the app doesn't add up all the fiber you ate in a day. Honestly, I wouldn't worry about hitting an exact number. Just focus on eating plenty of veggies, fruits, and whole grains and you'll be getting plenty of fiber. Just make sure you drink enough liquid to keep everything moving along!

You can use FitDay to track fiber, but I just write it down in my journal. Google is my best friend when I don't have the nutritional info in front of me. I have to admit, I had to start carrying Gas-X in my purse because the extra fiber had some very NOISY (but thankfully not smelly!!!) side effects.
