Remember, you cannot compare what you weigh at home (in am with no clothes) with what you weigh at your WW meeting (in pm with clothes). Its a different time, circumstance
and scale.
I know WW does not advocate weighing daily because some people might get a little crazy with the fluctuations. I have my official WW weigh in day but at home I track daily (and log it on the 3FC 100+ club thread). I also put the number of P+ and AP next to the number. I then can see the delayed affect of activity and food points has on my weight. More activity = higher weight but then it drops when I have a rest day. The overall trend has been a loss on both scales although the numbers NEVER agree. (Same at my dr.'s - their scale is always wrong!!
