I work nights...

  • Hello everyone-

    I am pretty new to Weight Watchers. I am doing it their Points Plus program and I am doing it online. I work nights and I am wonder how other people that work nights do the plan. Any suggestions that you have that has helped you have have success would be greatly appreciated. I am not sure if there is group out there for people who work nights but I would love to be a part of one.

  • I've heard of a lot of people who have non-traditional schedules having success with counting points later in the day. For example, you would start counting your daily points right before work and continue counting until the end of the day (right before work the next day). It's just a simple shift, but it seems to be helpful for some.
  • Thanks, Munchy. I have been starting my points over at midnight and I have been having success, but I know the first few weeks are the easiest to lose (at least for me).
