Default February WW: What was your exercise today?

Hi WW Chicks!
What was your exercise today? Let's support and encourage each other to be active.

I ran 4km (19 min) and nordic x ski'd for 1 hour.

It was only my 3rd time with this type of skiing, and it's the hardest sport I have ever done (including karate, bootcamp, running, track and field, volleyball, basketball, etc).

Walked/Ran 5 Miles today! I'm still sick so running was a bit of a challenge, I had to keep stopping.

60 minutes on the elliptical today. Thinking about doing a fun workout on EA active for 20-25 minutes as well.

Today was Couch to 5K week 1 day 3. Went running with my dog and that was a bit of a challenge. We're both learning how to run and he keeps running into me, stopping to point at ducks, trying to play with other dogs, etc.
Now he is sleeping with his tennis ball in his mouth so I'd say it was effective.
Looking forward to week 2!

90 minutes of awesome yoga and maybe a walk later. If I can find some mud-free space.

Finally made it back to the gym after almost a week of being sick and did a 60 minute Zumba Class! My chest was burning and I started coughing halfway through but I made it =D

My FAVORITE new exercise is using the XBox 360 KINECT. I use the "Your Body Evolved" game and I've been doing the "Break a Sweat" setting. It is hard work, but it really is like playing a video game. I still can't do a whole session at once but I am getting better! I did 20 minutes today.

About 1 hour and half of resistance training with 30-60 seconds rest between sets and I'm already sore. Thank goodness it's only on M/W/Fs, lol.
