Cool the "i want to be in the 120's" club

Anyone else can't wait to be in the 120's? Sometimes it feels so far away! I know that slow and steady wins the race, that I didn't gain all this weight in a day so I won't lose it in a day, and that it takes time, but AHH! I want to just be there already.

Let's support each other. Anyone else want to end up in the 120s? I'm doing weight watchers, and just dance 2 on the wii for cardio. What are you doing?

I've lost about 5 lbs since restarting 2 weeks ago. How much have you all lost so far?

I would love it...

I count calories... kind of... rough guesstimates so I'm not too psycho

I do an hour of cardio a day and along with that I've started doing Insanity..so two workouts per day

I'm sure we can do it

I want to be in the 120's !!
I have been on Metabolic Research Center with great results (so great I have a new baby!) So now I cannot afford to go back on it but I'm doing slim fast with good results as well.

I have lost some weight and yes!! one year from now i will be so happy i am doing this today! good point. Lets support eachother and see eachother through to our goals! You have done such a great job you guys on your tickers !! wow!! Amazing work ladies

Me! So bad, i would looooooove to be in the 120s again!! So far I have lost 18 pounds since january 27th . But im trying to reassess a little because thats a lot in 2 weeks, don't want to get sick trying to get healthy!

The 120s is my initial goal but I feel like I'll have to re-adjust when I get there - however being that it's still around 20 pounds til I get to goal, I would love to join this little club

My original goal was to be 120. I'm still not so sure about it cause I'm 5'4" and medium framed. I think I'm going more toward 125-130, but ya, depends on how thin I look I guess by then. I only have like 29lbs til I'd be 125, so ain't so long til then.

OMG I love it! I soooo want to be in the 120s! Before this last Thanksgiving I was well on my way. Totally remember the day my scale tipped from 130 to 128! I WAS LIKE, "HOOORAY i'm ALMOST TO 125, which means ALMOST to 120!!!!!!!" LOL

Then the holidays happened, vacations, visitors and all around "baking" happened to me. Hence the scale jumping back up to 146 around Christmas! Luckily, back to 138 and I have faith I can get back to 130 by the end of the month...

OH but the 120s!!! We can totally all do it! I haven't actually been around 120 since HIGH SCHOOL! We are talking 10 years ago... And to think, back then with my teenage angst, I thought I was "fat." SIGH

Let's do it! What is your plan and what workouts you doing?

I do Bikram yoga on a daily basis (at least until the end of this month, am in the middle of a 60 day challenge, might make it 100) and I do a mixture of Turbo Jams/ Turbo Fire/ Hip Hop Abs, p90x, Pilates, yoga, Brazilian Butt lift, Charlean Extreme and Tae bo...

I try to do cardio 3x a week and at least 1 day of resistance training or weights... Any other BeachBody-ers out there?

HOW ARE YOU LIKING INSANITY?!?!? I want to try it!!!

Let's get to 120 together!!!!!!

I want to be 120! My boyfriend is against it, he thinks I'll look to thin, but I want to be 120 so bad. At least once. I'm 100 pounds away from that. Boy, does that feel like a long ways off. But I'll get there eventually.

Hey guys! I'm in the 120s but very stubbornly hovering in the top half... my goal is set at 118 but I'm starting to wonder if that is unrealistic for my body... so I think I'd settle for low 120s with some more tone. ;-)

i can't wait to be in the 120's. I was around 134 for a day, and then idk what happened. I am back on track as far exercise goes, and just bought a lot of food to eat on track as well.. so hopefully i'll get back to my original weight by the end of the month.

I would love to be 125! I think the lowest I ever weighed was sometime in high school ~128. (4 years ago)

I started my diet today, eating more vegetables and cutting out carbs, would love to know what you guys do for headaches and hunger pangs. I feel like I'm always starving, and then I cant concentrate on school, and pretty much end up napping when I get home and am too tired to do anything for that matter. Input, please.

You should eat more Lean protein- like lean chicken or almonds. Choose foods with more fiber, like apples, these will keep you fuller longer and fuel your body. and drink more water.. It'd be better if you found a plan to follow since you may be eating too few calories

Im with the rest of you! 120's will feel amazing.. I cant waaaait.

Thus far.. I have been getting 3 meals in a day and making healthier decisions, drinking tons of water, and not eating after 7pm. And Ive been using my "just dance 2" game from wii. I cant wait till it gets warm out because ive been really wanting to start walking.
