OMG I love it! I soooo want to be in the 120s! Before this last Thanksgiving I was well on my way. Totally remember the day my scale tipped from 130 to 128! I WAS LIKE, "HOOORAY i'm ALMOST TO 125, which means ALMOST to 120!!!!!!!" LOL
Then the holidays happened, vacations, visitors and all around "baking" happened to me. Hence the scale jumping back up to 146 around Christmas!

Luckily, back to 138 and I have faith I can get back to 130 by the end of the month...
OH but the 120s!!! We can totally all do it! I haven't actually been around 120 since HIGH SCHOOL! We are talking 10 years ago... And to think, back then with my teenage angst, I thought I was "fat." SIGH

I do Bikram yoga on a daily basis (at least until the end of this month, am in the middle of a 60 day challenge, might make it 100) and I do a mixture of Turbo Jams/ Turbo Fire/ Hip Hop Abs, p90x, Pilates, yoga, Brazilian Butt lift, Charlean Extreme and Tae bo...
I try to do cardio 3x a week and at least 1 day of resistance training or weights... Any other BeachBody-ers out there?
