I finally started my weight loss journey two weeks ago with my husband. We have a really good plan and we are currently working on exercising more frequently.
My goal weight is 145 pounds (current is 189, 198 when i started) if I feel like loosing more after that then I will, but for now I think it is a pretty good goal. I wanted my weekly goal to be 2 pounds per week, but so far I've been loosing 4 to 5! I know it will get harder, but I'm very determined.
So far the change in my diet has not been that hard, I eat very well (watching calories,carbs,and portions) and I have not had any cravings.
This place is really great and has been very inspirational so far. I'm glad to be part of it
