Newbie

  • Hello, I'm new to this site and I really need support so, I though I'd give it a try. I've done the Weight Watchers diet before and lost 35lbs...only to gain it all back plus 5lbs more. Now I'm doing it again but trying it on my own. I'm following the old WW plan but it worked for me before and I hope to make it work again, only this time I need to make it a lifestlye change. I just wish I could get my husband on board with me.

  • I'm hoping to get my husband on board too, especially now that he's in the military and fitness is required. Maybe offer to "get into something" that he's interested in for him to agree to get on board with you?

  • Thanks for the good luck wishes! I hope this time I can stay on track. I'm really excited about losing weight and I really want to be able to where a bathing suit when I go away to Jamacia in April. Right now, I just don't feel good in anything that I put on.
