Hello, I'm new to this site and I really need support so, I though I'd give it a try. I've done the Weight Watchers diet before and lost 35lbs...only to gain it all back plus 5lbs more. Now I'm doing it again but trying it on my own. I'm following the old WW plan but it worked for me before and I hope to make it work again, only this time I need to make it a lifestlye change. I just wish I could get my husband on board with me.
