I am writing this mainly for accountability. I lurk alot on the boards and enjoy the information.
I think lately I've just been bored and it leads to eating things when I am not hungry or have just eaten. I am not craving a specific thing, I am not feeling depressed or upset and eating due to that either.
I no longer count calories but I just continue to eat healthy and I continue my exercise plan. My lowest weight was around 170 but now I am 175 however my clothes still fit me and some are even loose so I know I am maintaining.
Today I just ate a lot...after dinner I was a little bored. I ended up eating half of this peanut butter bar thing. Didn't like it too much...tried this other cookie I saw in the cupboard. There was 3 in a pack but I only ate one because it didn't taste great enough to eat the others. Then I got a pack of oreos with 6 in the pack...I ate only 3 which seemed to satisfy me.
Does anyone else do this?
