I'm 21 years old and 208 lbs. I have been heavy all of my life and I come from a plus-sized family with a great love of food. I was never made fun of for my weight and my self esteem is pretty high. But I want to be able to run an entire mile (or more!) without dying and I want to be able to wear a bikini for the first time while I'm still young. I want to be able to have control over my food instead of letting it control me. So here are my goals:
1) Run a 5k by March
2) Run a Half Marathon by February 2012
3) Reach my goal weight and buy a bikini (probably not for this summer but definitely the next one!!)
