How do I do this?!
I have never never been a water drinker, and I rarely drink other liquids throughout the day, I know I should be drinking more, and I know I have to when I start my Medifast/WonderSlim program at the end of the month...
help please!



Perhaps starting small, like a wine or whisky glass a couple of times a day, and/or using a straw. I had a really bad time switching from coffee to water so I used a fresh lemon and squeezed just a smidgen in the water before drinking and I filter my water so it tastes good, cold and cheap too.
