I find calorie counting the simple and easiest thing to do. Focus on filling foods and eating mostly clean and non-processed foods as much as possible.

Hi Matt,
I don't calorie count daily because it doesn't work for me...but, I eat almost the exact same thing everyday, so I am pretty in-tune with my daily caloric intake average.
I exercise quite a bit. I do at least 4 days of cardio for 60 minutes. I actually enjoy exercising (when I am motivated!).
I am trying to find out what fills me up the most without being too crazy with calories. I'm trying to get it through my thick skull that I can lose these 30 pounds, but I have a mental block on my brain for some reason. Trying to fix that!
