I ate a homemade pizza for myself for lunch, around 250 calories. I eat this fairly frequently. I was absolutely uncomfortably stuffed. Unfortunately, "stuffed" snuck up on me so I didn't know to stop eating.
Anyone else ever do this? I've been passing through the kitchen all day thinking "blech". I don't want to think about food.
It's just weird because sure, I can overdo food, but I wasn't expecting it. Usually mid-meal I know exactly what I'm doing and therefore end up stopping myself. This time I didn't know I was eating too much...because it wasn't too much.

A 250 calorie pizza four hours after breakfast should not make a person uncomfortably full.
