A New Start with an Intro
Hi Everyone been reading some posts and all I can say is that everyone is a great inspiration to kick start me to taking my weight loss seriously.
This is my first time on 3FC and I am hoping to lose 20lbs to get get to my ideal weight sensibly.I love food though, always have had more food per meal than others but used to be slim and never excercised, after I had my daughter 3 years ago I shot to 16 stones from 9 stones all after I had a c-section. I think being lazy all my life didnt help. But I want to be fitter and healthier and try for another child as I missed running after my daughter due to running out of breath all the time.
I think posting here will keep me motivated, loved reading all the inspiring posts and wish everyone good luck, I know I need it!
