Hello again!
I'm Dana, out of Lancaster ,PA.
I joined this site 4 1/2 years ago, but never posted. In the time since then, I lost 200 lbs on one hand (okay, I divorced that), but gained 40 on the other! So I am back and determined to lose what I gained and get healthier at the same time.
I packed 25 lbs on this past year alone, taking me up to a size 16. After I earned my first degree black belt last September, my work schedule picked up and I stopped working out. Boy, have I felt the effects of that!
My goals right now? Monday, I start to train with Couch to 10K. Once I'm down 15 lbs and can fit into my dobok again, I'll go back to the martial arts formally, but I'll be working out at home right now. I am determined not to have to buy new uniforms, since I have so many at home I just can't squeeze into at the moment.
